Every other Saturday and Sunday, Sumukhi leads yoga studies from 10 am - 2 pm at various locations throughout Austin. We study the Yoga Illumined curriculum based on The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali . Simply come and practice yoga as a lifestyle with Sumukhi or hours can be accumulated towards a 200 hour yoga teacher training certificate.
