Jen Hitt began her practice of yoga over 15 years ago in college at Rice University. Many years of study in the Iyengar and Anusara traditions have helped Jen cultivate an appreciation for alignment and awareness in asana. Jen focuses on bringing all 8-limbs of yoga into her classes, combining ideas, poses, concentration, and meditation to help calm the mind and bring the body into health. A professional musician, Jen also brings a unique awareness of sound and music to her classes.
