Ginger started her yoga journey in 2006 to manage stress and tension from a high-stress job. Needless to say, yoga helped with all of that…and more! Every retreat, intensive, workshop, and class sheds more light on the tremendous value of yoga. It allows her to turn inward, to focus, to be calm, to realize what in life is important and to feel gratitude. Ginger completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training in 2012, and she holds the deepest appreciation and respect for her teachers. She is very interested in the ancient science of Ayurveda and is passionate about nutrition. In her free time, she loves to read, cook and enjoy good wine!
